Call Center Executive

Key responsibilities

1. Manage outbound sales calls
2. Handle customer queries and provide exceptional support
3. Build lasting relationships by going the extra mile
4. Meet individual and team targets (qualitative & quantitative)

Qualifications & skills

1. Age between 18 to 35 years
2. Strong communication skills in English, Tamil, or Hindi
3. Ability to speak Malayalam, Telugu, or Kannada is a plus
4. Prior experience in sales or call center roles is an advantage
