Manager – Business Development (Micro Leasing)

PMF Finance PLC, the fast growing non-banking financial institution in Sri Lanka, invites applications from dynamic and result oriented individuals with relevant qualifications and experience for the following position.

Job profile

1. Manage and grow the micro leasing portfolio across multiple branches.
2. Achieve monthly and annual business targets through sales planning and promotions.
3. Develop and strengthen dealer and introducer networks.
4. Monitor credit quality and recovery performance.
5. Lead, coach, and evaluate field team.
6. Recruit and develop staff in line with growth plans.

Candidate profile

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing / business management / finance or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in leasing or microfinance operations.
3. Proven experience managing regional teams and branch operations.
4. Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
5. Willingness to travel extensively.
6. Age below 45 years.
