Student Relations Executive

Role description

A customer service-oriented person, essentially to handle payment related inquiries of existing students. Student relationship officer will be assigned to negotiate and coordinate payment options and solutions to facilitate academic progression of such students. Must have a good command of English & Sinhala languages together with listening and analytical skills. Ability to communicate in Tamil language will be an added advantage. Must be suitably qualified with good working knowledge of MS Office including Excel.
