Job prerequisites

1. Minimum 3 years of UI/UX design experience.
2. Deep understanding of usability, accessibility, information architecture, and user-centered design principles.
3. Strong UI prototyping, wireframing, and interaction design skills.
4. Experience in user journey mapping and UX research insights.
5. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
6. Experience with AI-assisted design workflows and prompt writing for UI concept generation.
7. Strong conversion-focused website design knowledge.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
10. Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
11. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
12. Ability to create short videos, animations, and motion graphics for marketing campaigns will be an added advantage.
