As a Head of Business & Operations at EAPSS, you will secure new market opportunities, maintain elite client relationships, and ensure high-standard operational quality across all security sites.
Key responsibilities & roles
- Develop and execute annual business plans to exceed growth targets.
- Foster strong relationships to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Lead risk management, incident response, and site audits.
- Build and oversee a highly trained, professional security force.
- Ensure rigorous maintenance of visitor logs, gate passes, and asset protection.
Required qualifications, skills & experiences
- 8 – 10 years of relevant experience in security or operations.
- Minimum of 2 years in a senior managerial role.
- A gazetted officer of the armed forces in the rank of major / equivalent and above will be preferred.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a track record in business development.
- Expertise in modern security technology and team management.
