Associate Business Analyst – Technical

Primary responsibility

1. Attending to customer enquiries
2. Managing and processing client requests
3. Filing reports regarding product problems, development and implementation.
4. Reviewing product change requests
5. Learning about product updates and new technologies
6. Provide authoritative advice on trends, risks and issues and support business need.
7. Provide expert advice on the quality, accuracy, and relevance of data.
8. Gather and share project requirements across a range of reports, and outcomes that deliver value to the business.
9. Analyze the product results done by technical team and support them to solve the issues.

Requirements

1. 1+ year of experience on business analyst / marketing related applications
2. Good knowledge of SQL programming preferable
3. A team player with a positive can-do attitude
4. Working knowledge of MS Office, especially in Excel and Outlook
5. Ability to learn and master new software
6. Good written and verbal communication skills
7. Ability to diagnose & address application issues.
8. Strong problem solving skills
