Responsibilities
- Overall manufacturing responsibility – achieving budgeted manufacturing targets and parameters.
- Leading, coordinating, and facilitating all manufacturing depts to achieve their respective targets.
- Plan and execute production schedules.
- Ensuring all operators are trained to standards.
- Consistent analysis of productivity and performance indicators.
- Execute internal controls and ensuring product quality standards are strictly enforced.
- Growth.
- Positive contribution towards product, process, and machinery improvements.
- Reporting to CEO.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing – polythene extrusion (LLDPE/LDPE/HDPE) is required.
- Strong knowledge and experience with ISO, BRC, and lean management concepts are required.
- Experience working in an export-orientated organization is an advantage.
- Attitude – must be confident and handle pressure situations working in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Sinhala, all forms.
