1. Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, breads, and confectionery items.
2. Decorate pastries and cakes using icing, glazes, and other techniques.
3. Ensure that food safety, hygiene & cleanliness.
4. Ensure patients satisfaction by exceeding prompt & excellence service.

Candidate profile

1. Professional qualification from a recognized hotel school will be added advantage.
2. Minimum 05 years work experience in a reputed hotel.
3. Age between 30 – 55 years with pleasant personality.
4. Preference will be given to those who are within close proximity to Ratnapura.
