Business & Operations Executive – Solar Installation

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our solar installation company. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing marketing activities, handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting financial and administrative functions.

Key responsibilities

1. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses (calls, emails, and walk-ins)
2. Prepare and follow up on quotations for solar installation projects
3. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate project costing and execution
4. Manage marketing and promotional activities, including social media and advertising campaigns
5. Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
6. Assist in financial processes, including invoicing, basic accounting, and coordination with banks for facilities and payments
7. Support business development initiatives and identify new sales opportunities
8. Monitor overall daily operations and report to management

Requirements

1. Experience in marketing, sales, or business operations (experience in solar/engineering sector is an advantage)
2. Good knowledge of quotation preparation and customer handling
3. Basic understanding of finance, banking procedures, and business administration
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills
5. Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing platforms
6. Ability to multitask and work independently
