Customer Support Engineers | Technicians (Hardware)
Qualifications
They should possess one of the following basic qualifications:
- Diploma in electrical/electronic engineering, NVQ IV or BSc degree
- GCE A/L pass
- Computer hardware & software knowledge is preferable but not necessary
Skills
Network and data communication skills would supplement their role and the persons we have in mind should be prepared to undertake varying assignments on demand, both at customer sites and in house, depending on the situations.
Requirements
They would be below 30 years of age, willing to face challenges, not hesitant to work hard, and free of encumbrances of the nature that could interface with giving of the best. They would travel and work in the field wherever our equipment/products are installed.
