Responsibilities
- Process the payroll of employees by collecting data such as attendance, OT, leave, no pay, loan deductions etc.
- EPF / ETF claim form handling.
- Maintain, update & provide daily, weekly, monthly and customized reports as per the requirement.
- Conduct interviews, reference checks and coordinate new hire orientations to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Address and resolve employee issues, conflicts and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
- Manage employee benefits programs and handle related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
Qualifications
- Suitable qualification in personnel management.
- 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial environments.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulation.
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil is an added advantage).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
