Key responsibilities

1. Promote the company’s gold loan products and assist in generating leads.
2. Assess and value gold articles for loan processing, following company standards.
3. Ensure accurate and compliant loan disbursement based on appraised gold value.
4. Perform cash handling and loan disbursement activities responsibly.
5. Deliver excellent customer service by guiding clients through gold loan procedures.
6. Collaborate with branch staff to ensure smooth operations and consistent service across locations.
7. Handle customer inquiries and provide professional service support.
8. Deliver service excellence while contributing to innovation initiatives.
9. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in Sinhala and English (both written and spoken).
3. G.C.E. O/L and A/L qualifications completed.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
