Front Office Executive

Principle duties & responsibilities

  1. Coordinate with the reservation department reconfirm the bookings with arrival details and supporting documents up to departure invoicing.
  2. Coordinate with the front office team and other departments regarding guest movements and their requirements.
  3. Handle the guest inquiries/ requests/ complaints and update the other departments and the management.
  4. Prepare the reports and information sheet for management reference and proper filling system.
  5. Upsell the property and make the guests repeat.
  6. Departmental cost management/ staff management/ staff on the job-training.
  7. Guest comments and feedback gathering process.

Requirements & qualifications

  1. Strong knowledge on front office procedures.
  2. Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
  3. Effective multitasking, organizational, flexibility and leadership skills.
  4. Ideal candidate should have experience under the relevant position and on a PMS system.
