Educational qualifications

1. NDT/ Degree in textile engineering / material science / polymer engineering.

Experience

1. 3–6 years of experience in textile materials (fibers, yarns, fabrics, chemicals).
2. Experience in material testing and quality evaluation.
3. Material & product development process.

Key skills & competencies

1. Strong knowledge of textile fibers, dyes, and chemicals.
2. Material testing and analysis techniques.
3. Knowledge of textile standards and global compliance requirement.
4. Knowledge of quality control and assurance skills.
5. Analytical and research skills.
6. Attention to detail and documentation skills.

Key responsibilities

1. Evaluate and approve raw materials (fiber, yarn, chemicals, dyes).
2. Conduct material testing and quality analysis.
3. Ensure materials meet required specifications and standards.
4. Work with suppliers to improve material quality.
5. Maintain testing reports and documentation.
6. Lead product development and innovation.
7. Ensure compliance with ISO QMS and quality standards.
