Technical officer | site supervisor

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable technical officer/site supervisor to oversee operations and ensure smooth execution of on-site activities.

Qualifications

1. Diploma/ NVQ in civil engineering or equivalent qualification.
2. 2-3 years of site experience preferred.
3. Good leadership and communication skills.
4. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
5. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

1. Supervising direct labors and closely monitoring working progress.
2. Monitor project progress and report updates to management.
3. Resolve any on-site issues or delays efficiently.
4. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers on-site.
