Requirements

The applicants should have;

1. Diploma in hospitality, tourism, or related field
2. 1–2 years’ experience in guest relations or front office (hotel/resort preferred)
3. Good English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
4. Strong interpersonal and guest handling skills
5. Customer-focused with a service-oriented mindset
6. Basic computer skills (MS Office, PMS knowledge is an an advantage)
7. Well-groomed with a professional attitude
8. Team player with good coordination skills
