Key responsibilities

  1. Identify and attract suitable candidates for open positions
  2. Screen and shortlist candidates through interviews and evaluations
  3. Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  4. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and databases
  6. Match candidates with suitable job opportunities based on client and company requirements
  7. Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment is preferred
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines
  4. Diploma in Human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred
  5. Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate management
