Key responsibilities
- Identify and attract suitable candidates for open positions
- Screen and shortlist candidates through interviews and evaluations
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and databases
- Match candidates with suitable job opportunities based on client and company requirements
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines
- Diploma in Human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate management
