Academic Administrator

Responsibilities

  1. Coordinating with students and faculty
  2. All administrative tasks related to academic coordination
  3. Ensure adequate resources are in place to support teaching/learning
  4. Ensure timely delivery of academic programmes and ensure adherence to academic rules and regulations
  5. Ensure quality assurance of the academic programmes
  6. Support the academic progression of students
  7. Coordinate meetings with students and faculty when required
  8. Prepare, coordinate, and participate in examination board meetings
  9. Organise and coordinate graduations, other academic activities and events

Qualifications & Requirements

  1. Age between 20 – 35 (preferably females)
  2. Bachelor’s degree in education, administration, or any related area from a recognised university
  3. Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity is compulsory
  4. Possess excellent oral and written skills in English
  5. Possess good general IT literacy skills
  6. Ability to work with minimum supervision
  7. Be able to work under pressure/proactive & should be a team player
  8. Energetic and outgoing personality
