Executive – FD Operations

PMF Finance PLC, the fast growing non-banking financial institution in Sri Lanka, invites applications from dynamic and result oriented individuals with relevant qualifications and experience for the following position.

Job profile

1. Handle opening, renewal, and closure of fixed deposit accounts.
2. Maintain accurate records of FD transactions in the system.
3. Prepare FD certificates and ensure timely dispatch to customers.
4. Monitor and prepare FD monthly interest process.
5. Ensure compliance with internal policies, IRD guidelines, and audit requirements.
6. Coordinate with front-office staff to resolve customer queries related to fixed deposits.
7. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of customer data.

Candidate profile

1. Deposit operations: Managed large FD portfolios, ensuring timely processing of maturity, renewals, and payouts.
2. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration added an advantage.
3. Successful completion of G.C.E. A/L.
4. 2 – 3 years of experience in finance sector.
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ethical, trustworthy, and customer-centric mindset.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
