Senior E-commerce Specialist – Hybrid

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior E-commerce Specialist to lead and optimize digital commerce strategies for international clients. The ideal candidate has a strong digital and agency background, with proven success in building and scaling e-commerce solutions. Experience working with Australian and USA markets will be highly regarded.

Key responsibilities

1. Lead e-commerce strategy and execution across multiple digital platforms.
2. Drive online revenue growth through effective campaign management, CRO, and digital sales strategies.
3. Oversee product catalogs, online merchandising, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
4. Deliver advanced data analysis and insights to inform decisions and improve ROI.
5. Act as a strategic advisor to clients, presenting results, recommendations, and growth roadmaps.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, Paid Media, Design, Development) to deliver integrated digital solutions.
7. Mentor and support junior team members to build capability within the team.
8. Stay updated on global e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce strategy.
2. Strong agency background with experience handling diverse clients.
3. Expertise in platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar.
4. Proven knowledge of international markets (preferably Australia/USA).
5. Strong analytical mindset with expertise in GA4, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
6. Excellent English communication skills — both written and presentation.
7. Ability to manage senior stakeholders, lead projects independently, and deliver measurable results.

Nice to have

1. Hands-on paid media experience (Google Ads, Meta Ads) in e-commerce.
2. Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and automation tools.
3. Prior leadership or client account management experience.
