Business development manager

Responsibilities

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive the growth of MEP solutions in Sri Lanka.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams and client executives to define and execute strategies for MEP projects.
  3. Oversee key client projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery while managing expectations.
  4. Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for project updates and communications.
  5. Support marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and promote the company’s MEP services.
  6. Lead and motivate teams to meet project goals, contributing to the company’s overall success.

Requirements

  1. At least 5 years of experience in business development with a minimum of 02 years of experience within the MEP or construction industry.
  2. A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  4. Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering successful projects.
  5. Ability to think strategically and create new business opportunities.
  6. Good knowledge of the local MEP market and industry trends.
