Air ticketing executive

Responsibilities

1. Handle domestic and international airline bookings and reservations using GDS Amadeus.

Requirements

1. At least 1 years of experience in airline ticketing.
2. Strong working knowledge of GDS systems, particularly Amadeus.
3. Certifications: IATA. UFTAA certification is advantageous.
4. Technical skills: Proficiency in Amadeus being a plus.
5. Communication: Fluency in English, both written and verbal, additional languages are a bonus.
6. Customer focus: Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
7. Attention to detail: High level of accuracy in processing ticketing transaction.
