Business Analyst – Trainee

IceHrm (https://icehrm.com) is a leading open-source human resource management system.

You should have:

1. A degree or diploma in IT or a related field.
2. Passion to learn about maintaining the business processes related to a software application efficiently.
3. A bit of knowledge in PHP or JavaScript.
4. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

You will have the opportunity to:

1. Analyzing business requirements and proposing new features.
2. Work with IceHrm customers to identify their requirements.
3. Analyze the requirements and propose solutions based on current features of IceHrm.
4. Improving IceHrm Documentation.
5. Making sure IceHrm releases are bug free and stable.
