PRODUCTION PLANNING OFFICER

Clean Poly Packaging (Pvt) Ltd is a pioneering entity in flexible packaging manufacturing and printing in Sri Lanka, catering to a broad array of industries with a versatile selection of products. We are currently looking for a professional to join our team in Kegalle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and customer orders.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure availability of raw materials.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and minimize downtime.
• Track production progress and prepare regular reports.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to production targets and quality standards.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch.
• Maintain accurate planning records and documentation.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Production Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration (Operations).
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in production planning or a manufacturing environment. Experience in a factory/industrial setup is an advantage.
• Skills: Strong analytical and planning skills with good knowledge of production processes.
• Technical: Proficiency in MS Excel is very important; familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
• Competencies: Good communication and coordination skills, ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and possess problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
