SLP GROUP is looking for a qualified professional to join our team in the following role:

Planning Engineer – MEP

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules for MEP works.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Track project progress and identify potential delays, risks, and mitigation measures.
• Prepare and submit project reports, progress updates, and schedule forecasts.
• Ensure all planning activities comply with company procedures, client requirements, and project objectives.
• Assist in resource planning, material tracking, and cost monitoring.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams regarding planning and progress matters.
• Support project teams in achieving timely completion of works within budget and quality standards.
• Participate in project meetings and represent planning aspects of the project.
• Work closely with procurement and project teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Work Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within Building Services / MEP Engineering.
• Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring of MEP works.
• Experience in handling commercial, residential, or large-scale projects will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in the Maldives will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience in hotel, high-rise building, residential, mixed-use development, commercial, retail, and industrial projects.
