Position: Operation Manager

About the Role: As the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily retail operations across multiple stores, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and brand consistency. You will lead teams, optimize processes, and deliver exceptional service standards in line with our fashion-forward brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day retail store operations.
• Drive sales performance and achieve business targets.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and shrinkage control.
• Lead, train, and motivate store teams for high performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations professionally.
• Analyze sales reports and implement improvement strategies.
• Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail operations management (fashion industry preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of retail KPIs and sales metrics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.
