Responsibilities and Duties

The Quantity Surveyor will hold the following responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits to assess renovation requirements and identify suitable solutions.
• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for renovation projects.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate renovation work requirements.
• Analyze project costs, monitor budgets, and control expenditures.
• Attend client meetings, respond to queries, and provide professional cost advice.
• Evaluate contractor quotations and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare interim valuations, final accounts, and variations as required.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to manage cost efficiencies.

Requirements

• Qualified with a Diploma Certificate / NCT / NDT or Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying from an accredited internationally recognized institution, university, or technical college.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Excel.
• Excellent post-contract experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Able to act on own initiative and in a proactive way.
