Education Qualification

• Degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized University / Institute
• Professional qualifications in HRfrom CIPM/ PIM

Profesional Experience

• Minimum 08 years of working experience in Human Resources
• Knowledge of MS Office package (MS Excel/ MS Word/ MS PowerPoint)

Behavioral Competence

• Ability to work with confidential information and maintain confidentiality at all times
• Organizing and planning skills with the ability to work independently and target oriented.
• Good personality and perseverance to ensure the deliverables whilst demonstrating interdependent skills, especially with other supportive HR functions to deliver results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for manpower planning
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on interpersonal, Presentation, and Negotiation skills in both Sinhala and English.
• Periodical and timely reporting/information flow to the Top Management for critical decisions to be taken
