Senior HR Associate – Female

Our client is a USA-based Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) Service Provider in Sri Lanka- Position Based in Nugegoda„ Sri Lanka

Working Days/Hours:
Monday to Friday from 2.00 PM to 11100 PM (Transport will be Provided)

Key Requirements:

• A recognized Degree or equivalent professional qualification in HR
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in a reputed organization in the field of HR (Employee Engagement, Retention, SHRM„ Etc)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Pleasing personality and interpersonal skills
• Preferably a Female candidate, Aged below 35 years
