QA Engineer

We are looking for passionate candidates to join the Sri Lankan operations of an Australian-based cutting-edge Technology Company serving both government and private organizations in Australia, England, and New Zealand.

This can be a part-time/full-time (multiple positions available) contract with the possibility to join the permanent carder based on your performance. analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of software testing processes, practices, and test design techniques
• Hands-on experience in Exploratory testing
• Ability to work directly with foreign clients with minimum supervision
• Provide first-line functional support to Customers, liaising directly with them to resolve complex queries (e.g. application queries, training, reports, user documentation).
• Maintain a high degree of customer service for all queries providing concise and accurate information
• Effectively communicate with all team members
  Ensure administration* such as time sheets are completed timely and accurately

Essentials

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science IT or equivalent qualification
• Excellent English verbal & written communication skills
• Strong Customer Service focus
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to solve problems
• Logical Decision making and ability to take initiative
• Strong sense of achievement (results and delivery oriented)

Preferred

• Experience working with ERP systems
• Understanding of business and accounting processes
• Experience using Jira Software
