Responsibilities

• Planning, prioritizing coordinating testing activities & identifying recording, and tracking system bugs
• Callebarete with Product end Development teams ta discuss system enhancements
• Write end execute test plans based on analysis of system enhancements
• Provide support end training for required groups
• Work closely with the Test Automation team & assist as required
• Document testing procedures and methodologies
• Research and resolve Production Support cases in a timely manner
• Stey up to data with new testing tools and end test strategies

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree required end 1-2 years of quality assurance testing experience is required
• Experience writing test plans and end test results reports
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and concepts
• Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work through complex system issues with a creative mindset
• Knowledge of EDI, Supply chain is e plus
