Team Leader Call Center
One of the leading Service-Oriented companies is looking for a Team Leader to handle calls from clients and provide support to them in any way possible.
Requirements:
- Diploma level or related qualifications preferably CIM, SLIM, or HR-related
- At least 5 years of experience in communicating with global companies and providing in-person and phone support if required in a similar position
- Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment/software programs
- Should be able to be in charge of the day-to-day call center work
- Managing escalations and ensuring any issues and resolved in a timely manner
- Should be excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Should have good presentations skills
- Team player with strong customer relationship skills
