Candidate Profile

• Proven working  experience in recruitment/resourcing and selection environment preferred
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar job role
• Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala
• Able to work independently
• Candidates residing within Colombo City Limits would be preferred
