Senior Executive HR

Pre- Requisites

• B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration(HRM), Business
• Management or equivalent
• Professional Qualification in HRM
• Sound experience in Technical recruitment and conducting interviews
• Competent in HRIS and MS Office Packages
• A very good team player with a positive attitude and can-do mindset
• Should be updated with the latest HR trends
• Strong command of the English Language
• Competent in HR Legal compliances
• Generate/update KPIs for IT and Non-lT staff and facilitate Employee
• The performance evaluation process of the company
• 4/5 Years of work experience in IT Human Resource Management (preferred exposure to IT industry)
