Tasks

• Order confirmations and liaising order dispatches
• Following up on dispatched orders
• Handling and resolving exchanges, returns, and feedback

Requirements

• Minimum 01-year experience in related roles
• Should be able to communicate in SINHALA & TAMIL
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel is a must

Basic Salary: Rs.25,000.00 + Performance Bonuses
