Integration Consultant

Job Responsibilities

• Works directly with the network trading partners of all types (Carriers, Suppliers. LSPs, Brokers, etc..) who require integrations on the Infar Nexus platform.
• Manage, build, test, certify and deploy Integration and application solutions
• Manage partner meetings, calls, technical walkthroughs, and status meetings
• Learn and utilize current integration tools to build reliable, scalablé partner solutions
• Able to collaborate with all types of Infor internal stakeholders
• Able to collaborate with customer partner technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Report regular status reports on current assigned work and projects; including monitoring escalated integration issues
• Actively contribute related knowledge and experience in the continuous development
• Self-directed and proactively detects and evaluates integration-related issues/risks
• Apply best practices/ positive relationships in application configuration to ensure proper integration flows for partners

Qualification

• 2 years of experience (such as a business analyst) and a bachelor’s degree in IT/ Business IT/CS are equivalent
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service experience end business acumen
• Effectively deal with challenging or difficult partner relationships
• Being familiar with supply chain domain, ERP systems, EDI x12, EDIFACT (or similar) file formats & XML messaging is a definite plus
• Working Hours: a-m- to 8.00 p.m
