It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.
We are currently seeking individuals to join our Collections team in the role of Customer Solution Representative on a fixed-term contract.
In this role, you will:
- Act in liaison with internal departments to meet customer needs and requirements
- Bring down customer delinquency by achieving individual targets
- Achieve all operational performance targets on a monthly basis
- Conduct effective conversations to ensure a suitable and feasible outcome for our customers
- Adhere to professional negotiation skills and demonstrate high ethical standards aligned with the departmental operational guidelines
- Meet the required operational efficiency and effectiveness
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Successful completion of GCE O/L Examinations. Those awaiting GCE A/L Examinations results may apply.
- Any academic or professional qualifications (fully or partially completed) related to the banking or finance industries would be an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for delivering superior customer service
- A professional, goal-oriented and innovative approach, with strong organizational skills
- Excellent collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
