Lead – Talent Acquisition

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field and/or a professional qualification in HRM
• Minimum 3 – 4 years prior experience in talent acquisition in the field of information technology is required
• Able to develop hiring strategies and attract applicants through various networks and job sites
• Able to lead the recruitment process while partnering with universities and other agencies
• Ability to work effectively, independently, and as a highly resourceful team player under pressure and within deadlines
• Proficiency in documenting processes, reporting, and analytics
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Creative and innovative thinker, who actively presents new opportunities, proposes solutions, and recommends best practices
• Ability to develop rapport and engender trust
