Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a Customer Care Professional

Guardian Insurance Brokers represents some of the largest organizations in the world in the insurance sphere, including a 160-year-old American insurer which is one of the 50 largest organizations in the USA. We are located at the country’s World Trade Center and our clients include some of the largest organizations in Sri Lanka and high net-worth individuals.

We are looking for a young but experienced individual who will manage the requirements of our existing customers as well as assist our client relations team’ with day-to-day tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS office
• A background in law is an added benefit
