Junior Accountant

Position: JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT Location: (Based in Kandana) KEY

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks
• Use QuickBooks to Handle Accounts
• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
• Handle documentation and processes related to the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and Inland Revenue Department
• Assist with payroll, invoicing, reconciliations, and tax-related tasks
  

KEY COMPETENCIES

• Part qualification in AAT / CMA / CA / Finance Degree or equivalent
• 1-2 years of accounting or audit experience
• Solid working knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting tools
• Familiarity with ROC and Inland Revenue processes
• Strong attention to detail, time management and independence
• Good written and spoken English
• Computer skills – MS Office
• Experience in a similar capacity would be an added advantage
