Senior Business Analyst

Seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive process improvements, support system implementations, and deliver insights using Power BI. Collaborate with teams to optimize business workflows and enhance system functionality.
Roles & Responsibilities

• Support business process analysis, documentation, and automation across projects; conduct system training, UAT, and Power BI implementation.
• Coordinate with development and support teams to enhance systems and ensure smooth user experience across teams and vendors.
  

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst; 3+ years in Microsoft Power Bl.
• Skilled in business analysis, SQL basics, and Excel.
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Dell Boomi is a plus.
• Strong English, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
