IT Assistant

WORKING HOURS 8.30AM-8.30RM
Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in IT or related field
• 1-2 years of IT support experience
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Computer literacy is strongly required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Proficiency in English & Sinhala is required.
  

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support staff training on IT tools and best practices.
• Support IT inventory management and track equipment issuance.
• Maintain documentation for support requests, troubleshooting steps, and system changes.
• Provide technical support to staff.
• Manage user accounts, email configurations, and system access.
