Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage development and quality delivery of all Project documents and deliverables
• Identify gaps in project delivery – time, cost, resource, deliverables, and escalate as appropriate
• Develop and maintain project plans to track critical path tasks, dependencies, and requirements through the project lifecycle
• Responsible for the overall management, planning, ongoing development and maintenance
• Manage and progress track against schedules
• Develop and manage project budgets that meet the program guidelines
• Coordinate with the Project Construction lead for timing, execution and the closeout of Individual projects
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in various stages of completion
• Manage the project cost, scope and schedule
