Senior Executive – Investigations

Roles and Responsibilities

• Investigate fraud and non-fraud customer complaints, suspicious claims, policy violations receive via various channels in a fair and impartial manner.
• Analyse of data and generate Management Information (MI) on fraudulent claim patterns and recommend actions to reduce them.
• Analyse principal cause of the cases and inform relevant departments of any process loopholes or service gaps.
  

Candidates are required to have

• Degree in Business Management / Insurance with minimum 04 years insurance industry.
• Ability to work with MS Excel to generate MI for analytical purposes.
• Excellent knowledge in policy underwriting and claims processing.
• Attention to detail, information analysis and detailed evaluating skills.
• Tamil Knowledge in both writing and speaking.
