Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead – Full Stack to join our team. The ideal candidate will have Mrong expertise in Node.js Express.js, Nest.js, Nextjs, and PHP/Laravel and will be responsible for leading our full-Mack development efforts, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.

Skill and Responsibility

• Architect, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Nodejs, Express.js, Nest.JS on the backend and Nextjs on the frontend.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services for seamless communication between front-end and back-end.
• Optimize applications or performance, security, and scalability.
• Work with SQL& NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Implement JWT, 0Auth, and collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Develop modern, responsive Next.js applications with a strong focus on performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, enforcing best coding practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug null ‘stack applications to ensure smooth operation.
  

Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: S. years in full-stack development with Node.js, Express.js, Nest.JS, Nextjs, and PHP/Laravel (preferred).
• Technology Stack; JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, SQL/NoSQL databases, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud
• Messaging & Testing: Experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka, and testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, Cypress.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
