RPA Engineer
- Job Purpose
- Design, implementation and maintenance of all stages of the SDLC and product life cycle.
- Manage all aspects of development from eliciting, understanding and articulating Requirements.
- Collaborate with the team on release management, version control, and documentation. Plan, implement, test, document and maintain enterprise-wide solutions to total system or subsystems using Internally created and/or off the shelf products.
- Establish standards, functional and technical specifications, solve hardware/software interface problems.
- Learn new technologies quickly and willingness to learn and work on multiple technologies including mobile technologies.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience: 3+ years of industry experience directly working with the relevant technologies. Proven experience in implementing RPA solutions, with a strong understanding of RPA tools like UiPath. Anywhere.
Certification: RPA-related certifications (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere)
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or VBScript) is a plus. Experience with databases and SQL for data extraction and reporting is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and providing solutions.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and grow within the RPA domain
