Site Support Engineer – Avissawella (MALE)

Responsibilities

• Familiar With Concepts of Windows, LAN, WAN, Networking Infrastructure.
• Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking or hardware issues.
• PC applications (Office 365, MS Package and third party software)
• Printers (technology and servicing)
• Managing backups of servers, in case of data loss.
• Familiar With networking and Cloud Technology.
• Android systems and mobile devices management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field from a recognized Institute.
• Minimum of 1 year work experience in a similar capacity.
• Good command of oral and written English.
• Ability to work long hours.
  Preferred Male Candidates residing close to Avissawella
  Remuneration will not be less than Rs. 40, 000.
