Junior Finance Associate (US Calendar-UK Shift)

H Connect International is a leading BPO company offering outsourcing services to clients based in the US, UK, Canada & Australia. We are a subsidiary of the Hirdaramani Group, a billion-dollar conglomerate with a 125-year legacy. We are looking for a Junior Finance Associate with experience in AP, with a thirst to explore, learn and implement automations, alongside supporting with finance month-end tasks and Adhoc projects. The Job:

• Process invoices accurately and efficiently, both manually and through AP automation software.
• Manage the AP inbox and respond to vendor inquiries promptly.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Support ad-hoc finance projects across the entire finance function.
• Play a key role in identifying and implementing process improvements within the finance department.
• Research and explore automation opportunities, including VBA and Power Automate, across all finance processes.
• Actively participate in the implementation of new AP automation software and other finance-related automation initiatives.
  
  • Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in an accounts payable role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach.
• A strong interest in process improvement and automation.
