Technical Lead

We are looking for passionate candidates to join the Sri Lankan operations of an Australian-based cutting-edge Technology Company serving both government and private organizations in Australia, England, and New Zealand.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking ng a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team and play a crucial role in developing and maintaining ERP software. This position involves working on application integration, mobile, and web solutions while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Skill Requirements:

• 8+ to years of experience in software development
• Expertise in NET development
• Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) knowledge
• Proficiency in SQL Server & T-SQL
• Experience with WinForms, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API
• Familiarity with SSRS, IIS, JavaScript, Mobile & Web App Development
• ERP system experience
• Knowledge of business analysis, leadership, or accounting
• Write technical specifications based on Customer requirements and write quotations based on the specification

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality software solutions
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues
• Conduct peer reviews and ensure coding best practices
• Provide technical support and mentorship to other developers
• Work on impactful ERP solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT
• Microsoft certifications (preferred but not essential)
