Job Summary:

• Business Requirement Gathering & Documentation
• Process Mapping & Improvement
• Stakeholder Communication
• Solution Design Support
• Reporting & Presentation
• Test Planning & Strategy
• QA Documentation & System validation
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with QA tools and techniques & Hands-on experience with QA tools and techniques is a Plus
• Familiarity with business analysis tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, or a similar role in IT.
• Prefer if you have experience working for an insurance company.
